Their scent is devine. Mum's favourite, the Double Delight.
Must be their last flourish before the chill takes over.
I'd be interested to know when others prune your roses?

The mailman brought my Christmas in July parcel today so now I must put it aside until July. Thankfully that's not to far away.

Even closer is Mrs Martin's Quilt Shop - Cyber Stitching Day . . . . tomorrow! And I haven't even peaked in the parcel yet, although I am soooo tempted to take a look tonight to see what delights I'm in for tomorrow.

To top it all off, I'm on two weeks holidays for the school break . . . . Yipee! Happy Sewing times ahead.
Enjoy your weekend.

Love your roses Narelle!! We've got Double Delight too and the fragrance is just beautiful isn't it :o)??
My DH usually prunes the roses right back around Ecca Wednesday each year.
Have fun with your Cyber stitching tomorrow :o)!!!
Hugs,
Joy :o)
As you have probably seen - my roses are pruned, thank goodness!
Hey, have fun on holidays and hope you get lots of stitching done!
Hugs - Lurline♥
Your roses look beautiful. I am afraid I neglect mine terribly and they have to look after themselves especially with water restrictions in Victoria. They still manage some good flowering spurts.
Happy holidays........yippee!

I get the very last flower then I hack my poor bushes to bits , yours are lovely !
Your roses are lovely...
Have fun with your Cyber Stitching Day... whatever that all entails... 8-)
had to look to check the state...here in Vic mine are well and truly pruned. I will admit it is perhaphs a bit earlier than usual as my handyman is away in under a month, so my projects have to be planned now.
But I think the last rose of summer was early June late May.
Love the roses
Love and hugs Gina xxx
